1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Plekia ("Plekia", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Plekia provides AI-powered location analysis for real estate research purposes. We aggregate publicly available data from OpenStreetMap and generate AI summaries using large language models. Our scores and verdicts are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any real estate or financial decision.
3. User accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not create accounts for automated access, scraping, or reselling our service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Usage limits
Free plan: 5 analyses per calendar month.
Plus plan: Up to 100 analyses per calendar month.
Professional plan: Up to 300 analyses per calendar month.
Unused analyses do not roll over. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
Prices are in Euros (€) and may be subject to VAT depending on your location.
6. Accuracy disclaimer
Important
Plekia scores are generated using publicly available map data and AI models. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Location data depends on the quality of OpenStreetMap contributions in a given area. AI summaries are generated automatically and may not reflect current conditions.
Do not rely solely on Plekia when making housing or investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult relevant professionals.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ✕ Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk data collection
- ✕ Resell, sublicense or redistribute data obtained from Plekia
- ✕ Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
- ✕ Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
8. Intellectual property
The Plekia brand, interface, and software are owned by Plekia. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. AI-generated content is provided as a service and remains the property of Plekia.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plekia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on our analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
